Refund / Return Policy

Confirmation and Cancellation Terms:

Management will have all the rights to cancel the order in case of any unforeseen events. In this case, the Payment will be refunded within 15 working days

Order amendments are not allowed once payment has been made.

Order Cancellations by customers are allowed only within 24hrs from the order date/time. In this case, 10% of order amount will be charged as cancellation fees and balance amount will be refunded within 15 working days

Claim Terms:

Customer to verify & ensure invoice matches with order details & that parcel is received in good condition at the time of delivery post which no returns or claims will be entertained under any circumstances

In case of any items found to be missing or damaged at the time of delivery, same will be either replaced within next 3-4 days or proportional amount refunded back within 15 days

We reserve the right to dispatch substitute products when original ordered items are not available due to unavoidable circumstances.
